I’m doing so much better!
All the changes I’ve made are helping: nighttime insulin, increased exercise, and paying attention to what and how much I eat every day.
I’ve tripled my daily activities since December, averaging between 5-6,000 steps a day. My goal is 10,000 steps a day!
I’m feeling lots better, have more energy, and am noticing my mood has improved also.
Onward and upward!
Blogging note: I am still trying to figure out how to use my Google pics here on WordPress. I’m posting via iPhone, and as usual it’s taking me some time to figure it all out! Ha!
