Remembering September 11

Do you remember where you were on the morning of September 11?

I woke up early, started my coffee, and turned on the television to see the North Tower burning.

But today is not about my remembrances of that horrible day.

It’s about the lives that were lost on that day, and the loved ones left behind.

And before I forget, I want to send extra hugs and prayers to all the people who survived that day, who witnessed the events of that day and lived to tell their stories.

To the families of those lost on 9/11, please know that you are in our prayers today.

  1. I do remember quite clearly where I was. I was at work and of course it was much later in the day for us in UK…

  3. Got news on tv when my friends and I were at the Commonwealth Club after our Toastmasters meeting – that was the late night news when we saw the North Tower burning. May God bless the departed and their families too.
