the work week, the tooth, and me
It was a hell of a week in my world, folks.
I had my tooth pulled out, and I’m doing just fine.
More dental work (as in a LOT more) is in my future, but that’s what needs to be done.
Work has been busy, busy, busy.
And I now have three days off!
I’m going to enjoy my three days off, big time.
I’ve been keeping tabs on the situation in Haiti, and it’s a heart breaker.
The other night, I got into a Facebook screaming match with a young fundamentalist Christian who agreed with Pat Robertson that Haiti made a deal with the devil and now they are paying for it with this earthquake.
Excuse me while I take time out to throw up.
Anyway, I’ve been going to work, to the dentist, and coming home, in pouring rain, every night.
We had a slight rain reprieve tonight so I got outside to take a walk.
Anyway, I’m counting my blessings right now–I can eat apples (Granny Smith) again, and I’m a happy camper.
May you all stay safe and well.
