I walked 10,000+ steps yesterday!

It’s very cold in Seattle today; we got some trace snowflakes and hail during the night.

I missed it, as I was curled up in bed, snug and warm, all night.

You may have noticed that I deleted my post about Spam–I just felt like it, and I’m not going to make people sign in to comment.

I’ll just continue deleting spam comments about Viagra!

  1. Grrrr I am having probs with my net connection today so the comment I just typed got lost!

    Lets start again..

    You did a lot of steps there, when I wore my pedometer I did about 8,000.

    I want the moderation on my blog but when I do it seems to lose ppls comments which is not good.

    So for now I also will have to put up with the spam and leave the door wide open!

    I try to get my 10,000 in
    which is roughly 5 miles

    sometimes I go over
    and sometimes on days like today..I'm sick with a bad cold.. I will be waaay under ( the blankets)

  7. Try “comment notification” I think it's called. Spammers usually put it on an old post that's hard to find/remove. With this feature you are notified on your dashboard of any comments made to older posts – so you can go right to them and delete – that;s what i do -gal pal πŸ™‚

  13. Congrats on the 10,000! I try for that but fall short on most days. Yesterday did 8100. Once the snow starts flying though I switch to the treadmill, but I'd much rather be outside! What about you in bad weather?

  14. Hi Elaine! Today I'm doing my indoor walking program, before breakfast and after dinner. Regarding the pedometer, I do better on work days–yesterday I struggled to get to 5,000! Go figure. Thanks for visiting!
