My blood pressure is considerably lower this month than it was last month.

So today I’m going to celebrate by eating an entire cheesecake.
I’m going to walk to my neighborhood fruit and veggie stand this afternoon–about 10 blocks round trip!
My doctor wants me to exercise 5 times a week!
He’s a radical.
But he is giving me good advice, so I think that I will keep listening to him!
